Previously adopted horses who need rehoming due to personal circumstances:
Mick (QH gelding) and Little Jeffrey John (STB gelding) – can be adopted separately or together – located north of La Crosse
Both are riding horses – have not been ridden in awhile. Mick is a perfect kid’s horse – needs regular trims to stay optimally rideable. Little John is 20ish now – came to ASAP as a 3 year old and was immediately retrained to saddle. He has been hauled to South Dakota and ridden in Black Hills and has appeared in many horse fairs in MN and IA in years past. Little John is sound and healthy. A note from his previous adopter: He has been fabulous for us! Always the first to great you when you come out. He is very smooth in his transitions and is very quick! He truly is an easy keeper, loads like a dream and is great with farriers. He is not for a timid rider. An intermediate rider would do fine with him. I think the best thing for him at this point would be to give him a refresher with a trainer.
